Welcome to Fountain Yoga! My name is Typhanie Peterson, and I founded this digital yoga studio to offer a supportive and accessible space for anyone seeking to improve their mental and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga.

Why I decided to create
an online yoga studio and
what makes Fountain Yoga unique.
​​I started my career as an interior decorator, but after years of feeling burned out and unhappy, I turned to yoga in 2015 as a way to find balance and peace. Yoga quickly became a daily practice for me, and within two years, I decided to deepen my practice by completing a 200-hour teacher training in 2017. My goal was simple: to help others find the same mental stability and emotional resilience that I discovered through yoga.

After teaching at Radiant Hot Yoga from 2017 to 2020, the pandemic brought about unexpected changes. I realized the need for a space where people could access the benefits of yoga without the barriers of location or cost. Limited by space for live videos, I turned to digital solutions, creating Fountain Yoga through a sequence builder service called Yoga Therapy. My vision was clear: to help people nourish their minds and bodies from the comfort of their homes, regardless of their financial situation.
