I created Fountain Yoga during a time when I felt burned out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. Before yoga, I worked as an interior decorator—but something was missing. I was always busy, but not at ease. Yoga became a turning point.
Not just physically, but emotionally. Over time, it gave me something I didn’t even realize I needed—
tools to steady my mind, process my emotions, and come back to myself. That’s why I created this space.
