    Following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter are the best ways to stay informed about new classes, events, and exclusive products.
  • Do you offer personalized workshops?
    Yes, we occasionally offer specialized paid workshops, such as chakra self-healing and yoga pose workshops. Keep an eye on our website or social media for upcoming workshops.
  • Are the yoga classes free?
    Yes! Our digital yoga classes are free, as we believe in providing accessible wellness resources to everyone. However, we also offer paid programs and merchandise to further support your yoga journey.

  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition. Contact our customer support to initiate a return.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
  • What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
    We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
  • How are your products made?
    Our products, such as candles and apparel, are created with care, focusing on quality and sustainability. We work with our partners to bring you high-quality, yoga-themed merchandise that reflects our brand’s values.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
    We occasionally offer discounts and promotions, especially for our loyal customers! Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming deals.
