Hi, I’m Typhanie, yoga teacher, solopreneur, and your go to guide for self growth.
I created Fountain Yoga as a space to support emotional well-being through yoga, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
After experiencing burnout and disconnection in my own life, I turned inward—using yoga and journaling as tools to reconnect with myself.
