How to Practice:

  • Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.

  • Press feet firmly into the ground.

  • Roll shoulders back and lift the chest.

  • Bring hands to heart center or raise them overhead.

  • Take a deep breath and think of one thing to be grateful for.

2. Tree Pose (Vrksasana) – Thankfulness for Growth
